"What I like about Brian is that he is open, approachable, and a good listener. He genuinely cares about our community as demonstrated by his leadership on the Town's Economic Development Committee. He will work hard to represent the people of San Anselmo."

WHY I'M RUNNING
ECONOMIC VITALITY OF SAN ANSELMO
Through my work on the San Anselmo Economic Development Committee, I’ve become deeply aware of the importance of the business community in San Anselmo. I support investing in San Anselmo’s historic downtown public spaces to enhance our quality of life, and create a sustainable, vibrant downtown that is economically healthy, growing and a magnet for residents and visitors alike.
NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS AND OPEN SPACES
I believe in healthy people and healthy spaces and encouraging the link between them. I support the preservation and improvement of neighborhood parks and open space. They encourage community cohesion, help create lasting value, and are important social structures in our community.
PEDESTRIAN AND BIKE SAFETY
I support enhancements to pedestrian and bike safety, with a particular focus on our young residents as they travel to and from school. Traffic and traffic-related challenges in San Anselmo and throughout Marin County continue to increase. San Anselmo aspires to be a livable community providing safe and convenient transportation choices to all citizens, whether by walking, bicycling, public transit, or driving.
Flood mitigation in San Anselmo raises a myriad of complicated issues which invariably involve our neighboring communities, and difficult compromises between localized impacts and larger benefits of specific projects. Flood mitigation measures are reliant upon each other for effectiveness. I support measures no matter how small or incremental that will meaningfully support and protect our community
CONNECTING SAN ANSELMO RESIDENTS TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT
I’m running in order to bring residents and local government closer together. San Anselmo residents want a strong connection with local government and their Town Council. I’m committed to listening to our community and contributing to a responsive and effective Town Council.
